Terms of Service

1. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and notify us about suspected unauthorised access. ExamsPrep is intended for users aged 18 or older.

2. Course access

A purchase gives the named user a limited, personal and non-transferable right to use the selected course for the period shown at checkout. It is not a recurring subscription unless checkout expressly says otherwise.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Malaysian ringgit. Stripe processes the one-time PaymentIntent. Official examination registration and fees are separate from an ExamsPrep purchase.

4. Refunds and consumer rights

Refunds and remedies are provided where required by applicable law and any additional terms shown at purchase. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.

5. Intellectual property and acceptable use

Course content, original questions, explanations, graphics and software belong to ExamsPrep Malaysia or its licensors. You may not reproduce, scrape, resell, share credentials for or use substantial content to build a competing product or dataset.

6. Accuracy and exam outcomes

We maintain content against the stated source version, but official facilitator materials and notices remain authoritative. ExamsPrep supports preparation and does not guarantee an official result.

7. Independent status

ExamsPrep Malaysia is independent of MFPC, Aii, MTA, Bank Negara Malaysia and other regulators or examination bodies. Our questions are original and are not official examination questions.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, subject to any mandatory rights and jurisdiction that apply to you.
