Terms of Service
These terms govern use of ExamsPrep Malaysia.
1. Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate information and keep account credentials confidential. ExamsPrep is intended for users aged 18 or older.
2. Course access
A purchase provides personal, non-transferable access for the period displayed at checkout. It is not a recurring subscription.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in Malaysian ringgit and Stripe processes the stated one-time payment. Official examination fees are separate.
4. Independent status
ExamsPrep Malaysia is independent of MFPC, Aii, MTA, Bank Negara Malaysia and all examination bodies.
5. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, subject to mandatory rights that apply to you.
