How ExamsPrep Malaysia handles personal data when you use the storefront, checkout and learning platform.
1. Information we collect
We collect account and contact information you provide, payment status and transaction references from Stripe, course progress and performance data, support correspondence, and proportionate technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
2. How we use information
We use information to create accounts, complete purchases, provide course access, save progress, produce study recommendations, answer support requests, prevent abuse and improve ExamsPrep Malaysia.
3. Payments and service providers
Stripe processes payment-card details. We may use contracted providers for cloud hosting, email, analytics, authentication and support. Providers receive only the information needed for their service and must handle it under applicable requirements.
4. Malaysia data protection
Where Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 applies, we process personal data for the stated purposes, take practical security steps, keep information only as needed and respond to valid access or correction requests.
5. International processing
Some providers may process information outside Malaysia. We use appropriate contractual, organisational and technical safeguards where required.
6. Your choices
You may request access to or correction of your personal data and ask questions about retention, direct marketing or processing by emailing support@examsprep.my.
7. Security, retention and changes
We use access controls, encryption in transit, provider security controls and monitoring. We retain records only as long as needed for service, legal, accounting, dispute and security purposes. The revision date above identifies the current version.
